Salt Lake City's Downtown Farmers Market has been exploding in growth and attendance since its inception. Looking for someting to do on Saturdays? Check it out and bring along a bag or two to haul your fresh finds home.
Prices range from low to high, and its always best to check out the whole market before sinking your hard earned dollars into something you might later find as much as a buck or two cheaper.
Fresh fruit, vegetables and artisans breads can be had towards the end of the day for less, but be prepared to use it up that same night.
Barter, don't be afraid to ask for a lower price. Haggling for a good deal at the farmers market can be part of the fun.
